My March WOD Box has arrived!
This is the third box that I have received and I was definitely pleased with this month’s goodies.

This month’s box included the following:
- w.o.d. welder Odor Crusher spray
- Viter Energy Caffeine Mints
- Good Health Sweet Potato Sweet Chipotle Chips
- Caveman Cookies
- Rise T-shirt
- BPI Sports Best Aminos BCAA powder
- BPI Sports 1.M.R. Vortex Pre-Workout powder
w.o.d. welder Odor Crusher Spray ($5.95)

I was super excited when I saw this spray in the WOD Box because I’ve been wanting to order this spray for a while! My sister actually won a tube of their Solid Salve in one of w.o.d. welder’s Instagram contests which she gave to me and I’ve loved using it. The Solid Salve comes in like a push pop kind of tube and it has really helped keep the calluses on my hands from getting out of control.
I was surprised by how big of a bottle they sent in the WOD Box and I know this will last me quite a while. The Odor Crusher spray has a really strong eucalyptus and peppermint scent and I will definitely be spraying it on my stinky Crossfit and rugby gear. I found the same bottle for sale on their website for $5.95 and it’s also available on Amazon.
Viter Energy Wintergreen Caffeine Mints ($4.97)
Good Health Sweet Potato Sweet Chipotle Chips (~$2.30)
Caveman Cookies (~$0.75)

Anytime a subscription box includes cookies I get super excited so these Caveman Cookies were one of the first things I devoured from this box. There were two flavors, Original and Mayan, and I was really surprised by how soft and chewy these cookies were. When I first saw them I was expecting like a crunchy, crisp type of cookie but these were super chewy and delicious probably because their first ingredient is organic honey.

If you’ve ever baked with almond meal or had a macaron before, the flavor of these cookies will seem familiar since they are made with almond meal. The Original flavor tasted like an oatmeal raisin cookie to me, without the oatmeal. I’m saving the Mayan one for later but it has raw cacao powder and chili powder in it which is a popular combination in Central and South America. They sell these cookies in boxes of 8 or more for $5.95 on their website or you can get them on Amazon. I really want to try the Alpine flavor with hazelnut and carob chips.
Rise T-shirt (~$20)

This is my second shirt from WOD Box and I am super pumped to start wearing these during my workouts! I am terrible when it comes to shopping for clothes and I always find it hard to find workout clothes in my size. I love the shirts that WOD Box sends me because they are light weight and have cool designs and logos. This month’s shirt was created in collaboration with SWSH Apparel.
BPI Sports Best Aminos BCAA & 1.M.R. Vortex Pre-Workout (~$1.50)
The last two items of the March WOD Box were two different samples from BPI Sports. Both of the samples they sent me are Fruit Punch flavor. The Best Aminos powder has one serving and is a BCAA and glutamine supplement. From what I’ve read on the internets BCAA’s, or branched-chain amino acids, are meant to help your muscles repair themselves during and after exercise. They’re meant to replace the amino acids that are lost during exercise and BPI Sports recommends taking their Best Aminos before, during or after exercise or just after waking up in the morning since your body was fasting while sleeping.
The 1.M.R. Vortex powder is a pre-workout powder and this sample had 2 servings in it. It’s meant to be taken before a workout to give you energy and stamina. Like most pre-workout powders 1.M.R. Vortex has added caffeine as well as a mix of other supplements. I personally don’t like to take caffeine supplements because they don’t really do much for me as far as energy and they usually dehydrate me but this may be something to try if you’re into pre-workout supplements.
Conclusion
I was really happy with the products in this month’s WOD Box! By my rough calculations I got over $35 worth of products for just $20. To me the value of the box is worth is, but I also like the fact that I get new products to test out every month. I will definitely be extending my subscription!
